Job Description:

The Chief of Staff (CoS) position at SiPhox is a fast-paced executive role. As the CoS, your goal is to be a critical partner or stand-in replacement for the CEO in critical functions, including fundraising, business development, hiring, internal and external comms and general company building.

• high-pressure consulting or startup roles.
• Significant equity and founder-level responsibilities + workload.
