About the Role

  • As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will be the responsible for ensuring the CEO’s time, priorities, and presence are optimally managed. You will need to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, and no two days are the same-bringing agility, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to tackle evolving challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

Executive Partnership:

  • Work closely with the CEO in meetings, calls, and daily operations; act as a proxy when needed.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and priorities, often before they are articulated.
  • Serve as the CEO’s “eyes and ears” across the business, gathering insights and connecting dots.

Business Insight & Communication:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, its services, people, and clients.
  • Translate direction into actionable steps across teams and functions.
  • Prepare briefing documents and support strategic decision-making with clear inputs.

Communication Management:

  • Accompany the CEO to key meetings, capturing action items and managing follow-ups.
  • Prepare for meetings with relevant context and briefings.
  • Support internal communication efforts, including all key updates.

Operations & Special Projects:

  • Lead or support high-priority projects, ensuring they stay on track.
  • Monitor strategic initiatives and ensure follow-through.
  • Support Board relations and streamline processes for enhanced efficiency.

Executive Support:

  • Manage the calendar with precision.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-ups.
  • Organise complex travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Proactively manage the CEO’s inbox and be available on-call for urgent matters

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or executive leadership support, in a fast growing organisation.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organisational and execution skills.
  • Ability to work at pace with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.
