  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, and updates for leadership meetings, investors, and external stakeholders
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems and processes to improve execution and communication
  • Support hiring, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and broader organizational initiatives as the company continues to scale
  • Assist the CEO with special projects, partnerships, and other high-impact business initiatives as needed
  • Help maintain organizational focus and ensure CEO priorities are clearly communicated and effectively executed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, project management, strategy, startup operations, investment banking, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Experience at a startup, technology company, sports company, or high-growth environment is strongly preferred
  • Interest in sports analytics, predictive technology, or sports media is a plus

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • Opportunity to work directly with company leadership on high-impact initiatives
  • Significant growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and fast-moving team culture
  • Exposure to cutting-edge sports data and predictive technology
