Chief of Staff, IT Business Systems & Digital Employee Experience

Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a Chief of Staff, IT Business Systems & Digital Employee Experience to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

​

This role will serve as a strategic partner to IT leadership, helping turn priorities into executable plans, clear decisions, and consistent communication across the organization.

​

The position will operate at the center of cross-functional planning and leadership cadence, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and reinforcing accountability across teams.

​

It is well suited for someone who can synthesize complex inputs, navigate sensitive information with discretion, and help shape how the IT organization shows up internally.

​

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

​

•  Partner with IT vice presidents to develop and communicate strategic priorities
•  Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and commitments
•  Serve as a thought partner on organizational decisions and planning
•  Identify opportunities for alignment across IT organizations
•  Represent IT interests in cross-functional forums and meetings
•  Shape the IT organizational narrative for consistent messaging
•  Own operational cadence and accountability across IT leadership teams

Qualifications

​

•  Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
•  8+ years of experience in IT strategy, operations, or senior leadership roles
•  Experience operating at the VP or executive level in complex organizations
•  Ability to balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
•  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•  Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations
•  Sound judgment and discretion in managing sensitive information
