Chief of Staff - Healthcare Technology Firm -San Francisco, Washington DC or New York -Remote with some travel-preferred candidates would have 2-6 years max experience in healthcare strategy management consulting experience with exposure to technology firms.

Mission
Keep the company’s highest-priority work on track and ensure the CEO and leadership team are well-prepared. Operate as a trusted, low-ego partner who structures complex goals and drives outcomes through influence rather than authority.
Key Responsibilities
- CEO Operating Cadence & Meeting Readiness
Prepare the CEO for critical internal and external engagements, including board, customer, and partner meetings.
Own the pre-reads, agendas, and decision memos, synthesizing data to ensure the right decisions are framed.
- Enterprise Program Management
Drive high-priority cross-functional programs end-to-end, including integrations, product launches, and go-to-market execution.
Take ownership of ambiguous, unstructured initiatives and manage them through to clear resolution.
- Accountability & Risk Mitigation
Hold project owners aligned and accountable to timelines through structure, coordination, and high visibility.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and surface operational risks early, before they impact key milestones.
- Cross-Entity & Global Transformation
Drive major transformation programs cutting across AI business units, multiple functional areas, and US/India teams.
Translate high-level company OKRs into structured program plans with clear milestones and accountability mechanisms.
Requirements
- 3–6 years max of management consulting experience.
- In-house experience at a healthcare firm is highly preferred.
