Job Description:

A sophisticated, investment-focused family office seeks a high-caliber Chief of Staff to serve as the extension of the Managing Partner. In this role you will operate at the center of investing, technology, governance, and strategy—building systems, embedding AI, and increasing executive leverage. You will help design the digital nervous system of a dynamic investment platform spanning private markets, operating companies, and philanthropy. This an opportunity to build enduring systems—not just manage a schedule. The right candidate thinks like an operator, builds like an engineer, and executes with precision.

What You’ll Own

AI & Systems Architecture  

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows across research, reporting, and knowledge management  
  • Build structured prompt systems and automated dashboards  
  • Integrate modern tools (LLMs, automation platforms, databases)  
  • Continuously deploy technology that increases speed and clarity  

Investment & Research Support  

  • Conduct structured industry and company research  
  • Support diligence, memos, portfolio tracking, and KPI reporting  
  • Coordinate with legal, tax, banking, and fund partners  
  • Maintain pristine data rooms and knowledge systems  

Operational Excellence  

  • Create best-in-class document organization and version control  
  • Manage complex logistics and multi-stakeholder coordination  
  • Uphold absolute discretion and confidentiality  

Strategic Executive Leverage  

  • Optimize calendar, communications, and priorities  
  • Prepare high-level briefing materials (investment memos, board docs)  
  • Draft polished investor and partner correspondence  
  • Anticipate needs several moves ahead

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in a Chief of Staff, Strategic Lead or Senior Operations/Automation role  
  • Demonstrated AI fluency (prompt design, workflow automation, system integration)  
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail  
  • Strong written communication and executive presence  
  • High judgment, discretion, and autonomy  
  • Comfort in fast-moving, high-expectation environments  
  • Genuine interest in investing and capital allocation  

Preferred: Experience in a family office, private equity, hedge fund, or venture environment; financial modeling exposure; governance or trust structure familiarity.
