This is a unique opportunity for a versatile, entrepreneurial professional to join a high-growth platform at the forefront of gaming and interactive media. The Chief of Staff – Marketing & Communications will serve as a strategic partner to firm leadership, driving key initiatives across marketing, events, investor relations, and operational priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to firm leadership, managing high-priority initiatives and cross-functional projects  
  • Plan and execute firm events, including industry conferences, speaking engagements, and the Annual Meeting  
  • Lead press and media relations, including announcements, media outreach, and brand positioning  
  • Coordinate investor relations communications and engagement with current and prospective investors  
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and public engagements  
  • Provide operational support and strategic input across marketing, communications, and firmwide initiatives  
  • Adapt to evolving priorities and projects, serving as a trusted right hand to leadership

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in strategic marketing, communications, operations, or similar roles, ideally in venture capital, private equity, or technology sectors  
  • Proven experience managing complex events, communications, or high-visibility projects  
  • Strong relationship management, interpersonal, and executive communication skills  
  • Demonstrated ability to operate flexibly and effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment  
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and collaborative approach  
  • Passion for gaming, interactive media, and digital technology is highly desirable  
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus
