Role Overview:
In a context of rapid acceleration (offer structuring, international development, strategic partnerships, team scaling), the CEO is looking for a Chief of Staff F/H to strengthen strategic coordination, streamline decision-making, and ensure the execution of key priorities.
Your Mission:
- Strategic Steering & CEO Support
● Monitor and drive priority strategic initiatives (growth, international, offers, partnerships)
● Structure action plans and ensure performance tracking (OKRs, KPIs, roadmaps)
● Identify friction points and propose trade-offs/arbitrations
● Lead selected high-stakes projects
● Prepare Executive Committee meetings (content, analysis, summaries)
● Produce strategic memos and decision-support materials
● Act as a sparring partner to the CEO and manage/prioritize related topics
- Cross-functional Coordination & Transformation
● Ensure alignment across departments (Sales, Product, Data, Tech, Marketing)
● Streamline executive-level communication
● Follow up on COMEX decisions and commitments
● Contribute to structuring internal processes
● Implement monitoring and reporting tools
● Support the organization’s overall operational maturity
What we’re looking for:
● 3-4 years of experience
● Graduate of a top-tier business or engineering school
● A background in preparatory classes is considered a plus
● Significant experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain & Company, Roland Berger, etc.).
● Experience in a Scale-up / Tech / Adtech / Retail Media environment is a plus.
● Excellent analytical and structuring skills.
● Strong results/execution orientation.
● Strategic vision and sharp business understanding.
● Strong written and oral communication skills.
● Fluent English is mandatory.
● Ability to navigate complex and political environments.
● Rigor and attention to detail.
