Chief of Staff – Family Office
Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Chief of Staff to act as the Founder’s strategic partner across multiple ventures (investment, wealth management, cross-border structures, and special projects).
This is not an assistant role — this is a decision-enabling, execution-driving position that requires intelligence, ownership, and speed.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution
• Translate Founder ideas into structured plans with clear timelines and KPIs
• Track execution across multiple businesses (e.g., wealth management, trading, investments)
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve them
- Decision Support
• Conduct deep research (markets, investments, jurisdictions, partners)
• Build financial models and scenario analysis
• Challenge assumptions and present clear recommendations
- Deal & Opportunity Management
• Screen inbound opportunities and partnerships
• Prepare briefs and summaries for high-stakes decisions
• Coordinate with legal, banking, and advisors
- Founder Leverage
• Optimize Founder’s time, focus, and priorities
• Act as gatekeeper for meetings and opportunities
• Ensure only high-value actions reach the Founder
- Special Projects
• Launch new initiatives (e.g., offices, structures, products)
• Work across Dubai, London, and international markets
Qualifications
• 5–10 years experience in:
• Consulting (e.g., McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group)
• Investment firms / Family Offices
• High-growth startups (strategy/ops roles)
• Strong financial literacy (can read deals, build models, understand risk)
• Exceptional problem-solving ability
• High ownership mindset (acts like a founder, not employee)
• Ability to operate under pressure and ambiguity
