Chief of Staff to CEO
Role Purpose
The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner and trusted extension of the CEO, providing support and advice on complex, sensitive, and confidential matters. The role will serve as a key liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders, including Board Members, C-Suite executives, investors, government representatives, and external partners.
This highly visible position requires strong strategic judgment, discretion, and execution capabilities to support decision-making, drive key initiatives, and ensure alignment across the CEO’s priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the CEO on key business priorities and decisions.
- Translate strategic discussions and ideas into actionable initiatives and ensure effective execution.
- Coordinate across teams, stakeholders, and business functions to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, talking points, and follow-up actions for strategic meetings.
- Represent the CEO in selected meetings and stakeholder interactions when required.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including investors, partners, clients, and government representatives.
- Manage communication and follow-up on behalf of the CEO, ensuring priorities and commitments are delivered.
- Identify challenges, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations and solutions.
- Support executive communications and prepare high-quality written materials.
- Monitor key priorities, KPIs, and strategic initiatives to ensure progress.
- Travel with the CEO when required for strategic engagements.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, executive office, investment, international business, or senior stakeholder-facing roles.
- Proven experience working with CEOs, founders, senior executives, boards, investors, or government stakeholders.
- Experience operating in complex, multicultural, and international environments.
- Strong ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Education & Languages
- Master’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, or related fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Additional international languages are a plus.
- International education and/or professional experience preferred.
