Company Description:
Our SaaS client is looking for a Chief of Staff who will support the CFO and be a strategic force for the executive team. This position will be a partner to the Finance, Strategy, and Operations Teams, and be responsible for synthesizing complex data for the Board of Investors. Their ideal candidate must-have 6-10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, TAS, or Big 4/Mid-Tier Public Accounting.

Responsibilities:
- Own the creation and management of the Board package; synthesize financial and operational data to tell a clear, accurate story of the company’s health and trajectory.
- Act as the CFO’s right hand in future fundraising efforts, setting up the framework for investor decks and external-facing due diligence documents.
- Lead Integration and organization of various programs in an effort to support strategic objectives and operationalizing new business plans
- Create effective measurement tools and performance metrics to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes
- Manage the cadence of investor reporting and outreach, ensuring high-profile institutional investors are kept informed and engaged.
- Support the "architecture" of the company as they scale beyond 500 employees, this includes designing operational workflows and supporting the build-out of the Legal and HR functions.
- Establish and manage the rhythm of the business, designing the cadence for internal executive meetings and external communication demands to ensure alignment.
- Serve as a liaison across the executive suite, paying special attention to the CEO, HR, Sales, and the VP of Operations to ensure strategic goals are met with tactical execution.
- Provide program management support around customer deployments ensuring the link between sales promises and operational reality is seamless.
- Tackle high-priority initiatives that fall between departments, from office expansion logistics to business development partnerships.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, Master’s Degree preferred
- Must-have 6-10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, TAS, or Big 4/Mid-Tier Public Accounting
- SaaS/Software/Technology industry is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, business leaders, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results
