Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a Chief of Staff, Chief Marketing Officer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

​

This role will partner closely with senior Marketing leadership to drive alignment, execution, and operating discipline across a complex global organization. The position will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, help manage executive rhythms, and ensure key decisions and commitments move forward. It is a highly cross-functional role with visibility into budgeting, planning, and leadership communications.

Location:

Redwood City, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation:

$213,000 – $319,000 annually

​

Responsibilities

​

  •  Drive coordination and execution across multiple Marketing organizations
  •  Translate the CMO’s and Marketing Leadership’s priorities into actionable plans and clear milestones
  •  Manage the operating rhythm for Marketing leadership, including meetings and reviews
  •  Create agendas, presentations, and updates for executive meetings
  •  Track project priorities, decisions, and commitments to ensure completion
  •  Identify operational barriers and facilitate resolutions with relevant stakeholders
  •  Support budget planning and financial reporting alongside Finance and Marketing Operations

Qualifications

​

  •  Significant experience in a Chief of Staff, Marketing Operations, or similar role in a complex Marketing organization
  •  Demonstrated ability to coordinate priorities among senior Marketing leaders across multiple functions
  •  Strong operational leadership with program management capabilities, translating priorities into actionable plans
  •  Experience managing executive-level operating rhythms and leadership meetings
  •  Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including giving constructive feedback
  •  High level of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed environment
