Chief of Staff, B2B SaaS

Job Description:

We are partnering with a leading B2B SaaS company to appoint a Chief of Staff, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a high-impact strategic role for a commercially minded leader who will act as the CEO's trusted advisor, driving growth across Southeast Asia. You will shape market strategy, identify new business opportunities, and help build the next generation of merchant-focused SaaS solutions while providing critical on-the-ground insights into the region's rapidly evolving digital landscape.

As the Chief of Staff, you will partner closely with the CEO to develop business and growth strategies across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS and digitalisation. Lead market and competitive intelligence, identify opportunities for merchant acquisition and product expansion, influence pricing and commercial strategy, and work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to translate strategy into execution.

Ideal candidates must be a strategic and hands-on leader with deep experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or adjacent ecosystems. You should have a strong understanding of the Southeast Asian market, excellent commercial and analytical instincts, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience working closely with founders or C-suite leaders, or regional business environment, will be highly advantageous.
