Cascade is seeking a Chief of Staff with deep domain expertise in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) to drive business operations and strategic growth. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will bridge the gap between technical AEC firms and modern startup operations, building the systems that scale our business.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement internal operations, managing everything from complex spreadsheet modeling to setting up sophisticated workflow automations.

• Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team, operating without much structure to solve critical bottlenecks and scale the organization.

• Possesses a formal training and professional background in architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, or construction management.
• Demonstrates proven experience in business development, operations, or sales within an established AEC firm or a high-growth startup environment.
• Is a practical, hands-on operator who is comfortable building automations and working directly in spreadsheets to create organizational structure.
