This is a high-impact role that will help bring clarity and momentum to the company’s most important initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, thrives in complexity, and is energized by the opportunity to translate vision into action. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO—helping to clarify priorities, develop strategies, and turn ideas into executable plans.
  • Manage and lead high-priority projects, often cross-functional in nature, from concept through execution.
  • Work closely with the Executive Team to align around objectives, track progress, and remove roadblocks.
  • Prepare and coordinate board and investor materials in collaboration with the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
  • Simplify complex topics or initiatives into clear frameworks, action plans, or communications.

  • Highly strategic, analytical, and action-oriented; able to zoom between big-picture thinking and detailed execution.
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity, synthesizing input from diverse stakeholders, and driving clarity and decisions.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills—especially in creating high-quality executive and board materials.
  • Strong relationship builder with executive presence and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Low ego, high drive; you’re energized by rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
