About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization through its next phase of growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling SaaS businesses, driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and executing strategic initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment.  

As CEO, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's vision, growth strategy, operational excellence, and market expansion while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the company's long-term vision, strategy, and business objectives.  
  • Identify growth opportunities, new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.  
  • Lead strategic planning and ensure alignment across all functions.  
  • Drive innovation and competitive differentiation in the SaaS market.

Business Growth & Revenue

  • Own company P&L and deliver sustainable revenue growth.  
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and retention.  
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, investors, and stakeholders.  
  • Drive recurring revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Operational Excellence

  • Lead and optimize company operations, ensuring scalability and performance.  
  • Build and manage a high-performing executive leadership team.  
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor business performance and strategic objectives.  
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and organizational alignment.

Product & Customer Success

  • Champion a customer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional value.  
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure market-leading solutions.  
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

Board & Investor Relations

  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors and investors.  
  • Present business performance, strategic initiatives, and growth plans.  
  • Support fundraising, M&A activities, and strategic partnerships as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.  
  • 10+ years of executive leadership experience, including experience as a CEO, COO, GM, or senior executive.  
  • Proven experience in a SaaS company with a strong understanding of subscription-based business models.  
  • Demonstrated success scaling a SaaS business through significant growth stages.  
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving ARR, revenue growth, and profitability.  
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations.  
  • Strong financial management, forecasting, and budgeting expertise.  
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Experience working with Boards, investors, and executive leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous CEO experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.  
  • Experience with venture-backed, private equity-backed, or publicly traded technology companies.  
  • Successful track record of fundraising, acquisitions, or international expansion.  
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise software, and digital transformation trends.
