Business Process Analyst, Operations

1. About the Opportunity:
The Business Process Analyst, Operations is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency across distribution centers and supply chains. This role works closely with the Operations leadership team to evaluate and improve workflows, standardize processes, and implement solutions that increase quality and consistency.
1. Responsibilities:
• Analyze operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and waste
• Lead process improvement initiatives from concept to implementation
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to redesign processes
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Create process maps, workflows, and documentation
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with operational standards
• Support operations across receiving, shipping, deliveries, inventory, logistics, health and safety, and facilities
• Analyze operational KPIs and trends to inform recommendations
• Partner with IT on reporting and system improvements
• Manage multiple improvement projects and coordinate stakeholders
• Develop implementation plans and report on project status
1. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, industrial engineering, operations management, or related field
• Minimum five years of experience in operations, distribution, logistics, or continuous improvement
• Experience documenting business processes and SOPs
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
• Preferred experience with ERP and WMS platforms
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience in food distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
1. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Targeted salary range: $80,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience
