Business Operations Manager
About Homium
Homium is a mission-driven financial technology company building new pathways to homeownership. Through our unique shared appreciation mortgage product and tokenized fund platform, we create aligned incentives between homeowners and investors, making it possible for more families to buy homes while giving impact-oriented investors exposure to residential real estate appreciation.
We operate down payment assistance programs across multiple geographies, including the Utah Dream Fund, the Tobias Harris Homeownership Initiative (Detroit), and more, originating and managing loans designed to expand access to homeownership for underserved communities. Our work sits at the intersection of fintech, housing policy, and impact investing.
We are a small, high-output team. This is not a big-company job with narrow lanes. You will work across every function and learn how a mission-driven financial company actually operates.

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to bring Homium's finance and administrative operations in-house. Much of this work is performed today by an outside management firm. As that engagement steps down, you will take it over and own it.
