The Role
We’re seeking a Business Operations Manager to serve as the operational bridge between the product (AI/robotics) and sales teams. You’ll own the entire post-sale customer fulfillment journey—ensuring what we build and sell is delivered seamlessly and successfully.
What You’ll Own
Fulfillment Operations
- Oversee the full customer delivery lifecycle—from order to implementation
- Develop and scale fulfillment workflows for AI/robotics deployments
- Lead quality control, onboarding, and customer implementation processes
- Project manage site-level deployments and ensure successful handoff
Cross-Team Bridge
- Translate customer requirements from sales into actionable product needs
- Keep sales teams informed on product capabilities and delivery timelines
- Align customer expectations with internal development and readiness
- Facilitate tight coordination between product, sales, and fulfillment
Process & Data
- Define and track key fulfillment KPIs (timeliness, satisfaction, success rates)
- Build automated systems for tracking and customer communication
- Create models for capacity planning and operational scaling
- Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols for deployments
Who You Are
Core Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in operations (tech/SaaS or deployment preferred)
- Strong background in implementation, logistics, or technical rollouts
- Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Data-driven with an eye for process improvement and optimization

- Strong communicator who brings teams into alignment

- Construction industry experience (not required)
