We’re looking for an experienced Business Operations Leader that has led strategic planning initiatives to drive our V2MOM operations and scale this work across the company.

​

• Partner with the Chief of Staff to the CEO and senior leaders to evolve and scale the V2MOM framework as the foundation of planning, alignment, and delivery.
• Drive the operational rhythm of the V2MOM across all stakeholders on behalf of the Office of the CEO, ensuring transparency, cadence, and accountability.
• Coordinate closely with Finance and Data teams to ensure the V2MOM is integrated with budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Oversee the full rollout and adoption of the V2MOM across the company, tracking progress and status.
• Support leaders at all levels with tools, templates, and guidance to help them develop and track their own V2MOMs with clarity and accountability.
• Design and lead training, enablement sessions, and communication cadences to embed the V2MOM into how we lead and operate.
• Identify gaps and remove roadblocks — ensuring each V2MOM method has what it needs to deliver, and flagging where alignment or support is missing.

This role is highly cross-functional, with exposure to senior leadership as well as the CEO, and an opportunity to shape how we operate at scale. Ideal candidates will bring experience in strategy, operations, and org-wide program management — and thrive in environments that demand clarity, structure, and adaptability.

• Experience in tech and B2B environments
• Familiarity with V2MOM a plus
• Business Operations and other strategic planning framework experience
• Experience with AI-driven reporting, workflow automation, and decision-support tools
• Comfortable working across AMER, EMEA, APAC cultures and time zones
